A Possibility for Success?

I came across this post on the I.B. forums and got to thinking perhaps we could use it as a template to help make our corp better. (Please dont hate me Irish! I'm not telling you how to run your corp lol)

Corporate duties.

Each member is expected to contribute for the benefit of the corporation and its members.
Below are the ranks and the responsibility of each. Everyone has opportunity to advance!

Please respect the chain of command! "There is reasons the military uses it!"

Founder-
+Final authority in all matters
-Oversees all corp admin and policies

Leaders- "Highest Rank in Corporation"
+Responsible for acting as Treasurer and General .
-Organizing and executing military missions, both offensive and defensive.
-Overseeing member payouts.
-Increasing the intake of corporation profits.
-The use of funds for the protection and benefit of the corporation and its members.
-The use of funds for trading for BD's

Supers-
+Assist Leaders in all tasks listed above
-Act as General combat Officers if no Leader is on

Officers-
+Responsible for acting as Recruiters and fleet advisors for new members.
-Organizing military fleets for both offensive and defensive missions.
-Organizing hunting/gathering fleets for the benefit of the corporation and its members.
-Recruiting new members.

Members- "The backbone of the corporation"
+Responsible for acting as citizens and soldiers.
-Following the orders of the ranks above them.
-carrying out military missions.
-carrying out resource gathering.
Recruits-
+Has the same responsibilities as Members.
-Does not qualify for corporate loans.

Everyone has an opportunity to advance!!

If each member does their part we will become a superpower!!!

We'll have to make sure we direct our officers and such here for guidance and all that jazz to make this work too

Sounds good. I was gone most of the weekend but I will be on more this week and weekend. We need to brief every new recruit about this setup and inform the current members.
